Author School Visits

I am available to visit schools to read my books to the children, have some interactive fun, spice up the day,  and answer questions about the book creation process and related matters. There is no fee at this time.

"Ms. Mort’s grade 2/3 class enjoyed listening and learning from Simon Dorey’s stories. Simon read three of his books and the class was engaged throughout the readings. The students loved the colourful pictures and the messages in the stories. Their favourite was “The Outstanding Little Picture Book” because it showed them to never give up on their dreams. The class has been writing stories and loved to hear about the story writing process. They are looking forward to being able to read more of Simon Dorey’s work."
